From an e-mail we received about The Orchestra Musicians CD-Rom Library: After some extensive searches, I found that Forrests carried it. So far the publisher of the CD has issued five CDs. For example, Volume 1 has the bassoon parts for all of the major orchestral works of Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Berlioz and others. Each CD costs about $20. I went ahead and purchased all 5 CDs and I am 90% happy. One problem is with Bruckner, since he wrote 9 symphonies 30 times. In Volume 2 they have the Bruckner symphonies. I have not yet figured out which version they included on the CD. The parts are scanned on ADOBE type files and they print out real well. I found the website for the publisher for these CD's. It turns out that they publish CD-ROM's for all of the instruments.
